AIG Global Real Estate forward-funded our prime student accommodation development in Bournemouth for £40m.
The 430-bed scheme is on Oxford Road close to the Lansdowne Campus of Bournemouth University. The 17-storey building includes a common room, a gym, study rooms and a sky lounge with roof terrace. Construction was completed in August 2019 with many rooms secured by the Arts University Bournemouth.
