Progress House is a project comprising a 544-bed PBSA facility and a 5,000sqft commercial unit built in place of an existing office building, no longer fit for purpose. Gilltown has agreed a new ground lease with Coventry City Council and the current leaseholder will relocate into Coventry City Centre.
Positioned on Westwood Business Park, Progress House will add to the existing student accommodation provision within the Park and is very well located in relation to the University of Warwick main campus.
Our application for planning permission was refused in July 2023 but an appeal has been registered and we are very hopeful of a positive outcome and a start on site during 2024.
