Bath, Centurion House

Working alongside Bath Cricket Club, Gilltown have developed a replacement cricket practice facility and student accommodation over a repurposed car park. The development provides the Cricket Club with a modernised car park, ECB and Sport England compliant facilities and a gymnasium. The student accommodation has been secured by the University of Bath and features en-suite cluster bedrooms and double occupancy studios, many of which have fantastic views across the pitch.

Planning consent for this 146-bed development and cricket school was granted in March 2018 and the project was forward funded by Curlew Captial.

Construction completed in the summer of 2022.
