Chichester, Fishbourne Road

Project started on site 27th February 2017.

Gilltown developed the site adjacent to the Tesco petrol filling station on Fishbourne Road East as purpose built student accommodation and hes been leased to the University of Chichester.

The scheme includes ancillary spaces such as common room, cinema room, study room, management suite, bicycle store, bin store, and laundry room. The accommodation comprises en-suite study bedrooms arranged in clusters of 4-5 with shared living/kitchen/dining rooms and self-contained studio rooms.

Construction completed in July 2018.
