Bournemouth, Oxford Road

AIG Global Real Estate has agreed to forward-fund our prime student accommodation development in Bournemouth for £40m.

The 430-bed scheme is on Oxford Road close to the Lansdowne Campus of Bournemouth University. The 17-storey building will include a common room, a gym, study rooms and a sky lounge with roof terrace.

Main Contractor - RG Group
Frame Contractor - Stephenson Group
Structural Engineer - Westlakes

Construction is under way and the building is due for completion in August 2019.
